University of Wisconsin–Barron County

The University of Wisconsin–Barron County (also known as UW–Barron County or UW–BC) is part of the University of Wisconsin Colleges, making it one of 13 two-year campuses of the University of Wisconsin System. It is located in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. These include Meggers Hall/Ritzinger Hall (administration and classrooms), the Fine Arts Building, library, gymnasium, student center, and physical plant.〔http://www.barron.uwc.edu/discover/directions/images/campus-map-large.jpg〕 Other educational and recreational facilities include an observatory, a Japanese Garden, a three-hole golf course, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, an eighteen-hole disc golf course, and a prairie restoration and wildlife habitat study area. Most notably, the new construction updated and connected Meggers Hall with Ritzinger Hall.
